Gerber Decree Tactical Knife 31-002718. Gerber proudly states that the Decree is Made in the USA. The Gerber Decree 31-002718 has a rounded tanto blade and half serrated on end which is made of S30V Steel and coated with a black ceramic finish. The handle is glass filled nylon with a rubberized diamond texture, to help secure the grip. Dual thumb studs and a finger flipper to help open this blade up. Lanyard hole and tempered steel glass breaker on the end of the handle.
